RULES AND POLICIES
Age Cutoff
A player's age on May 1, 2019 is the youngest age level he can play on until August 1, 2019.  Teams will consist of no more than 18 players that meet the maximum age requirement for your age group.

Distances
The following base length and pitching distance will be used for each age group below:
- 9u-10u:      46' pitching plate / 65' bases
- 11u-12u:    50' pitching plate / 70' bases
- 13u:            54' pitching plate / 80' bases
- 14u:            60'6" pitching plate / 90' bases

Coin Flip/Home Team
In Pool Play or Round Robin games only, the home team is determined by a coin flip.  In bracket play, the higher seed will be the home team.  The home team will be teh official scorebook and should compare scores each inning with the opponent's scorekeeper and umpire.

Bat Restrictions
For 2019, we will continue to use the previous standard and not covert ot the USA standard.  For high school age tournaments, wood bats or BBCOR are allowed.

Game Balls
A new baseball will be provided for each game along with other baseballs.  These balls must be retrieved by the teams.  The game will be delayed until foul balls are returned.
